Our Bray branch opened as a proud member of the Village Vets family in a new building in 2022, having previously practiced as Bairbre O’Malley Veterinary Hospital.
We have a comprehensive range of facilities and equipment, including four consult rooms, separate wards for dogs, cats and exotics, in-house lab and diagnostics including digital x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound.
We’re conveniently located on the Southern Cross Central, just off the N11 Bray and Greystones exit, and clients can make use of our free parking at the front of the clinic.

Pet health plan
We're very proud of our innovative Pet Health Plan, which includes unlimited vet visits. We believe that the cost of a consultation should never be a barrier to getting expert advice, and the practice has over 1000 pets taking advantage of the fantastic benefits it offers. All of our team members are pet owners and we all choose to enrol our pets on to the Pet Health Plan, as we all believe it provides the best level of care for our loved ones.
Village Vets Bray
Our family have come on a long journey since 1980 when our dad, Karl Cosgrave, bought the veterinary practice in Dunshaughlin. Like all families, we’ve grown and changed since then. These days we’re proud to be working with the best vets and nurses in Ireland across our state of the art clinics in Meath and Dublin.

Supporting our local community
We take great pride in giving back to the Bray community, and contribute wherever we can, offering discounted services to charities such as Dogs Trust and Wicklow SPCA. We also regularly treat sick and injured wildlife for free – and are happy to help if you have a problem with wildlife in the area!
We’re just a short walk from Bray Head and the seafront, where you’ll often find our team walking their dogs – so give us a wave if you see us!
