Our Clondalkin branch opened as a proud member of the Village Vets family in 2021, previously practising under the name Clondalkin Animal Clinic.
We have a purpose-built dental suite with a vet and nurse dedicated to dentistry work, as well as three consult rooms, in-house diagnostics, a surgical theatre and separate dog and cat wards.
We’re conveniently located in the centre of Clondalkin and clients can make use of our free parking at the front of the clinic.

We're very proud of our innovative Pet Health Plan, which includes unlimited vet visits. We believe that the cost of a consultation should never be a barrier to getting expert advice, and the practice has over 1000 pets taking advantage of the fantastic benefits it offers. All of our team members are pet owners and we all choose to enrol our pets on to the Pet Health Plan, as we all believe it provides the best level of care for our loved ones.

Our family have come on a long journey since 1980 when our dad, Karl Cosgrave, bought the veterinary practice in Dunshaughlin. Like all families, we’ve grown and changed since then. These days we’re proud to be working with the best vets and nurses in Ireland across our state of the art clinics in Meath and Dublin.

Supporting our local community
We take great pride in giving back to the Clondalkin community, and contribute wherever we can, offering discounted services to charities such as Dogs Trust, Mollies Animal Rescue and Kildare Animal Welfare. We also regularly treat sick and injured wildlife for free – and are happy to help if you have a problem with wildlife in the area! We are a short drive from Corkagh Park, which has its own dog park where you’re always likely to bump into one of our team!
